A Good Hill

A good hill workout closed out a week of only fast or hard workouts (hills are hard not fast). It was a bit warm, but not miserable.

It was a good week for my legs and knees. In my mind, I'm feeling faster. Sometimes that's all that really matters. I'm looking forward to my next 5k.

1:08 of running, no idea on the miles because pace is so uneven on the hills.

Group run: intervals on the track, 8x400, total of 6 miles. Same speed as last week, but with a little shorter rest intervals. I'm getting smoother if not faster. Intervals are fun.

I agree. I find intervals on the track the most enjoyable type of workout I do. Sign me, Working on Speed
